Can yogurt, cheese, and dairy cause bloating in lipedema?

Keto dessert recipes often include yogurt, cream cheese, and cream. I like them, but on some days my abdomen bloats and my legs feel tighter. Can dairy be a problem in lipedema?

Cream cheese bloats me a lot. Yogurt seems better, but too much still does not work.

Yogurt recipes save me when I crave sweets, but if it becomes daily, it also stalls for me. Sometimes it is just habit.

Yes, I think I make it every evening as dessert. I had not noticed.

I felt better when I reduced dairy, not when I banned it completely. If I forbid it, I crave it more.

Dairy is not a problem for everyone; however, lactose, milk protein, portion size, or frequent intake may increase bloating and gut sensitivity in some people. In lipedema, the aim is not to blame one food but to assess personal tolerance and sustainability. See nutrition in lipedema.

Banning it makes things worse for me too. Eating a little but consciously seems better.
