Especially in the summer months, I experience a lot of swelling in my legs. Do you recommend foods or supplements that reduce swelling in natural ways? Also, is there any benefit to diuretic pills? I had used them before, but I stopped because I heard they could harm the kidneys, what do you think? Is there anyone with experience?

Foods rich in potassium (such as avocado and spinach) help with water balance. Keeping salt intake below 3-4 grams daily is also important. Decisions regarding supplements should be made according to individual circumstances. However, in general, the combination of bromelain + boswellic acid is quite effective. I do not recommend the use of diuretics in patients with lymphedema.
