Has anyone managed to sustain keto or low-carb at the family table?
Everyone at home eats rice, pasta, and bread. When I cook separately, it works for two days and then I get tired. Is there a practical way to sustain low-carb at the same family table? Otherwise I keep starting over.

Cooking separately is exhausting. I could sustain it better when the main dish was shared and I added salad or yogurt for myself.

I also get tired by day three when I make a completely separate plate. Reducing the carb part of the same meal is easier.

Yes, separate cooking breaks my motivation too. Maybe I will try it this way.

At our home, meatballs or chicken are shared, rice is theirs. I increase salad and olive oil sides. Not perfect, but it continues.

I think sustainability starts here. A plan that does not fit home life stays nice only on paper.

This helped. I kept getting angry at myself for starting over all the time.
