Walking with compression stockings makes a big difference! Also start with short distances on flat surfaces, gradually increase.

Starting with compression garments is the right approach. Morning hours are preferred since edema increases during the day. Start with 10-15 minutes and 10% weekly increase is ideal.

I have something similar. It changes from day to day, so I try not to judge the whole process from one day.

This should not be presented as a definite treatment. Measurement, tolerance, accompanying venous or lymphatic issues, and personal medical history should guide the choice. See ağrıyı artırmadan hareket.
