Has anyone had fatigue and headache when starting ketogenic nutrition?

I have reduced carbohydrates a lot for three days. My leg pain seems a bit less, but I have a headache, I am tired, and my mood is low. Is this temporary, or is it not suitable for me?

This is what I am afraid of too. Honestly it feels big before I even start.

It happened to me when I cut suddenly. Later, reducing more gradually was easier to tolerate. The first week can be discouraging.

I really disliked the first week. I felt cold all the time.

I think forcing it by saying “endure it, it will pass” can be a bad idea. If fatigue increases, the plan may be too strict.

Some people who reduce carbohydrates quickly may experience headache, fatigue, constipation, or reduced performance in the first days. This does not always mean “it is normal and must be endured.” Fluids, electrolytes, adequate protein/fat, thyroid, and medications should be considered together. See nutrition in lipedema.

Okay, doctor. I think I started too fast; today I will go more calmly.
