Should I continue if the pain increases after walking in lipedema?

When I could not do 15 minutes, I split it into 5+5. It sounds small, but tiny steps worked better for me 🙂

Walking can be supportive in lipedema, but pushing to the point of increasing pain is not ideal. Splitting the duration, starting slowly, and tracking pain or swelling the next day is safer. New severe one-sided pain or marked swelling should be evaluated. See moving without increasing pain.

My physiotherapist also warned me not to turn it into a harsh massage. Gentle and regular work was easier for me to tolerate.
