What can be done if constipation increases on keto or low-carb?
Since reducing carbohydrates, constipation increased. My legs also feel tighter on those days. I try to increase vegetables, but sometimes it still does not work. Am I doing something wrong?

For me, constipation ruined it more than keto itself. I had to solve that before thinking about pain.

I felt better when I increased zucchini, cucumber, and purslane. But on weeks with too much cheese, it got blocked again.

I understand, constipation can drain all motivation. I also get affected quickly when I neglect water, not only fiber.

Constipation on keto or low-carb may relate to reduced fiber, fluid-electrolyte balance, too much dairy, low movement, or bowel sensitivity. Instead of personal laxative advice, food variety, vegetables, fluids, and medical evaluation when needed should be considered. See constipation in lipedema.

I think I noticed the cheese and low water part. The plan may be good, but it does not work when the gut is off.
