What do you do when trying to eat low-carb outside keeps disrupting the routine?
It is easier at home, but outside it gets messy. I order salad and sauce comes, I order meat and rice comes on the side. Then I think “it is ruined anyway” and slide into dessert. Anyone else?

Very familiar. I no longer try to make it perfect outside; I just choose the option that will disturb me least.

When rice comes, I feel like it is already lost. Then dessert comes too...

That “it is ruined anyway” part is the most dangerous for me. A small deviation grows.

I ask for sauce on the side and leave bread or rice if it comes. It does not work every time, but at least I do not give up from the start.

I think outside sustainability is more like returning without much damage. Dropping everything because it is not 100% is more tiring.

Exactly this. When I go out, I let go from the start because it will not be perfect. I need to break this a bit.
